Weather: Weather was clear, sunny with high temperatures in the upper 80s.

We explored Inwood Park and were able to see many species of birds including good views of Bay-breasted Warblers and Blackpoll Warblers. Joe shared the interesting geologic and archaeological history of the park. Glacial formations including rock shelters, caves and glacial potholes were left by the retreating glaciers. The Lenape left shells, arrowheads and pottery, remnants of which can be still found in the park.
