With beautiful weather and helpful winds from the northwest the night before, there was a substantial migration and judging from the number of species sighted, there was a good diversity of new arrivals in Central Park. The groups spent a lot of time in Strawberry Fields looking for birds very high in the tree canopy and then traveled along the Lake to Hernshead Rock and into the Ramble, Belvedere Castle and along Turtle Pond.
